We believe the perfect plant is one that can handle the Arkansas weather, while looking stunning. For to long we have ignored we have ignored Arkansas natives for invasive non-natives. And even when you can find a native plant they frankistien it. We offer straight up native plants. No lab made stuff.
Our Approach
The hippy way
Unlike most nurseries, we grow our plants in native soil, alive with bacteria, mycorrhizal fungi, and the microorganisms they actually need. When you buy from us, you’re not getting a struggling flower that looks good for a week. You’re getting a pot packed with roots, primed and ready to explode the moment it hits the ground.
straight from seed
We grow as many of our plants as possible from wild, local seed. Why? Because local genetics are better adapted to our environment, they grow stronger, tougher, and more resilient. By sourcing seed from multiple populations across the region, we maintain genetic diversity, avoid inbreeding, and protect wild populations from outbreeding depression.
